The sweetest melon of all!
As you can tell by its name Honeydew melons have a very sweet honey-like taste. They give you a great juicy sensation of freshness when eaten right out of the rind and taste even better if combined with ham or salami.
These melons have a smooth bright yellow rind, with firm pale-green flesh. Honeydew can range in shape from round to oval and usually weigh from 1.5 kg to 3 kg a piece.
